摘要
目的了解湖南省医疗纠纷的基本情况,探讨其原因和防范措施。方法收集2008-2011年湖南省医疗纠纷监测资料,按医疗纠纷发生的时间、地区、原因及处理措施分类汇总整理。结果研究期间,湖南省共上报医疗纠纷15 484起,年平均纠纷发生率为9.134/10万。住院患者中医疗纠纷发生率最高(934.41/10万),医疗纠纷产生的原因主要以患者无理取闹(占37.27%)和服务沟通不畅(占29.91%)所导致,医患双方协商为医疗纠纷的主要解决途径。结论湖南省医疗纠纷发生呈现逐年下降的趋势;加强医疗从业人员的服务意识,不断打击非法扰乱正常医疗秩序的行为,将有助于医疗纠纷的防范。
Objective To investigate the basic situation of medical disputes in Hunan Province,and explore the causes and preventive measures of medical disputes.Methods The data about medical disputes in Hunan Province during 2008-2011 were collected,and then classified based on the time,regions,causes of occurrence of medical disputes and the disposals.Results A total of 15,484 cases of medical disputes were reported during 2008-2011,with the average annual incidence rate of 9.134/100,000.The incidence rate of medical disputes of inpatients was the highest （934.41/100,000）.Medical disputes were mainly caused by patients＇ unreasonable demands （37.27％） and miscommunication between patients and health care providers （29.91％）.Consultation was the main solution to medical disputes.Conclusions The number of medical disputes occurring in Hunan Province has been declining annually.It is helpful for the prevention and control of medical disputes to strengthen the service consciousness of medical practitioners and constantly crack down on illegal behaviors that disrupt the normal medical order.
