摘要
本论文就以房养老需求方为调研对象,选取全国六省市对"以房养老"可行性问题进行专项调查,东部地区的上海和江苏共发放750分问卷,中部地区的安徽和江西分共发放400份问卷,对西部地区的陕西和贵州分共发放400份问卷,共发放1550份。通过调研发现,以房养老目前在我国推行的条件还会比较成熟的。
This paper takes house-for-pension scheme demand side as research object, selects six provinces and cities to carry out a special investigation for the feasibility problems of ＂house-for-pension scheme＂. The eastern regions of Shanghai and Jiangsu totally issued 750 questionnaires, the central regions of Anhui and Jiangxi issued 400 questionnaires, and the western regions Shaanxi Baoji and Guizhou issued 400 questionnaires, which were 1550 copies. Through the research we found that the implementation conditions house-for-pension scheme in China currently will be more mature.
