摘要
介绍了一套能够按照作物生长所需施行灌溉施肥的智能控制系统。首先详细阐述了系统的总体组成,以组态王6.55和测控中心软件为开发平台,HORNER OCS为核心控制器,构建了农业灌溉施肥控制系统,通讯模块采用GPRS DTU,系统压力调节是通过变频器来完成的。其次介绍了系统的通信协议、端口映射、动态域名与花生壳软件等相关技术,完成了系统的软件开发、数据库设计和基于Internet的发布。系统测试结果表明:系统功能完善,运行稳定,满足了农业水肥管理的实际需求。
In this paper, we have developed a set of intelligent control systems that can be applied to irrigation and fertilization according to crops needs. First of all, we expounded the system's overall composition, the configuration king 6.55 and software of measurement and control center as the development platform, HORNER OCS as the core controller, constructed the agricultural fustiga- tion control system, the communication module adopted GPRS DTU, system pressure adjustment was done through the frequency converter. Secondly, we introduced the related technology such as the system communication protocol, port mapping, dynamic DNS and peanut shells software, completed system software development, designed the database and based on the Internet. system test results show that the system fully functional, stable running, meet the actual demand of water and fertilizer management in agriculture.
