鱼类肌肉生长分化与基因表达调控 被引量:17

摘要 鱼类肌肉组织既是鱼类的结构组织和运动器官,也是人类食物的重要蛋白源。从发育分子生物学角度上说,以鱼类为重要养殖对象的水产养殖实质上就是根据现实的生态条件,采用适合的养殖技术,最大限度地促进鱼类肌纤维细胞的快速增殖(Hyperplasia)和迅速肥大(Hypertrophy),促使肌肉组织的快速生长发育,达到速生快长,增加养殖生产效益目的。
