摘要
军校研究生是未来军事科技人才的主体,也是我军武器装备的重要研发力量。针对当前军校研究生评价体系中存在的一些问题,并借鉴国外研究生的考核评估制度提出一些建议,比如评价标准多元化、导师责任制、评价与分配挂钩等,以期能对军校研究生创新人才的培养有所禅益。
The military graduate students are the main part of military science and technology researcher in the future. And they are also the important force of weapon and arming design. However, there are some problems in military graduate student estimation system. Basing on the estimation system of foreign graduate student, some advice is proposed for solving or improving these problems, which includes multiplex estimation standard, supervisor responsibility, establishing a relation between estimation and distribution. It is expecting to improve the quality of military graduate student cultivation.
