摘要
在众多能量传递过程中,金属换热器存在腐蚀和结垢的问题。塑料材料耐腐蚀抗结垢,通过填充改性可以显著提高塑料热导率,运用导热塑料制造的换热器为解决能源与环境问题提供了必要的设备。通过了解塑料换热器的适用范围,研究塑料热导率对换热器性能的影响,可以为塑料材料的改性以及塑料换热器的开发提供指引与方向。
Metal heat exchangers have the problems of corrosion and fouling in many heat transfer applications. Plastics are anti-corrosion and anti-fouling, and their thermal conductivity can be improved by filling thermally conductive materials. Plastic heat exchangers offer essential equipment for solving energy and environmental issues. Giving the application scope of plastic heat exchangers and the influence of material thermal conductivity on heat exchanger performance,which hopefully to give a guideline for future development of plastic modification and plastic heat exchanger research and development.
