摘要
利用塑料材料制作换热器可以有效克服金属换热器中的腐蚀问题,但是塑料的导热系数较小,对于换热性能有一定影响。目前已有导热系数达到20 W/(m.K)的导热塑料。分析比较了结构和尺寸相同的铜、不锈钢和高导热塑料的肋片管换热器的性能差别,发现利用高导热塑料制作的换热器换热性能可以接近铜换热器,而与不锈钢换热器性能基本相同。如果进一步考虑塑料换热器具有抗结垢的特性,塑料换热器与金属换热器之间的换热性能差别将更小。结果表明,高导热塑料换热器在防腐蚀工程中具有一定的应用前景。
Plastic materials have the advantage of anti-corrosion, but the thermal conductivity is quite low, which limits the performance of heat exchangers. The thermal conductivity of plastics can reach 20 W/(m · K) now. The performance of heat exchangers made of copper, stainless steel or high thermal conductivity plastic was compared. It was found that the performance of high thermal conductivity plastic heat exchanger was close to that of copper or stainless steel. The anti-fouling character was further considered and the performance of plastic heat exchanger was even better. These results showed that the heat exchanger made of high thermal conductivity plastic would have a good prospect in the anti-corrosion applications.
