摘要
对我国各种类型保税经济区域的定位、功能进行了比较分析,得出保税港区是各保税经济区域中功能最优、发展后劲最足的初步结论。文章后还重点分析了目前我国保税港区与国外自由贸易区发展状况存在的差异,最后为加快保税港区向自由贸易区转型进程提出了建立相应运行机制的建议。
it concludes herein that bonded port zone is the best one with tremendous momentum of development through comparison and analysis on the regional positioning and functions of various bond- ed economic zones in our country. It analyzes mainly herein on the difference in the present development of bonded port zone in our country and free trade economic zone abroad and put forward suggestions on establishment of corresponding operational mechanism by acceleration of transferring bonded port zone to free trade economic zone.
