摘要
"普通教育有高考,职业教育有技能大赛"。历经了五届电子类职业技能大赛,其中承办了2010年至2012年三届电子类职业技能大赛,积累了丰富的经验,对高职院校学生专业技能竞赛与激励机制进行了积极地探索与实践。通过不断地探索与实践,深刻地认识到只有不断完善技能竞赛的选拔和表彰奖励的激励机制,才能更好地促使一大批高技能人才脱颖而出。因此,紧紧围绕高技能人才更好地进行培养、评价、使用和激励,构建了支撑电子类职业技能大赛的六平台建设系统。
"Skill completion is necessary to vocational education just the same as entrance exami- nation to ordinary high education". We have participated five electronic vocational skill competitions, three of them are organized by us(from 2010 till 2012), and accumulated rich experiences in vocational skill competition of students in college and university Exploration and Practice of incentive mechanism. The continuous exploration and practices revealed that only the ever perfecting incentive mechanism of selecting talents through competition accompanied with commendation and award can promote the growth of and discover the talents with high technical skills. Therefore, a system of six platform have been established supporting electronic vocational competitions, being focused on fostering, appraising, use and encourage talents with high technology skills.
