摘要
中国微生物菌种保藏委员会农业微生物保藏中心上海食用菌分中心经过十多年的努力 ,收集、保藏了 6 3属 12 5种近 2 0 0 0株食、药用真菌菌株。已公开发表的有 114 1株 ,主要属于担子菌亚门和子囊菌亚门。采用 - 86℃深度低温、冷冻干燥和液氮超低温保藏等方法进行保藏。近年来保藏设备有了更新。保藏方法正在与国际先进水平接近。子囊菌亚门的可食用真菌数量不多 ,该中心仅保藏了 4属 13种 2 3株真菌 。
About 2000 edible fungi strains of 125 species belonging to 63 genus have been collected in Shanghai culture collection center of edible fungi of ACCC under CCCCM in last ten years. Among these strains, 1141 are published. They belong to Ascomycotina and Basidiomycotina. We preserve the fungi at -86℃ deep low temperature, by frozen drying or at super low temperature in liquid nitrogen.Our preservative methods are getting close to international advanced levels because many new equipments are introduced into our institute in recent years.The number of edible fungi of Ascomycotina is small.We preserve only 23 strains of 13 species belonging to 4 genus.Most of them are medicinal fungi.These medical fungi of Ascomycotina have significant economic value.
