摘要
目的:明确工业化培育北虫草的主要生物活性成分在不同生长时期含量变化的规律。方法:采用HPLC和苯酚硫酸法,分别对不同生长时期的工业化培育的北虫草的虫草素、腺苷和虫草多糖含量的变化进行了跟踪。结果:培养周期内虫草素含量随生长期增长而不断增高,而腺苷和虫草多糖含量均在第40d达到最高值。结论:本研究结果对工业化生产,合理有效地控制北虫草产品生物活性成分的含量,具有一定指导意义。
This study aimed to identify changing rules of main contents of bioactive ingredients in the Cordyceps militaris. Contents of cordycepin, adenosine and cordyceps polysaccharide in industrial bred Cordyceps militaris are monitored by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and phenol-sulfuric acid method. The resuhs showed that during studied period, the content of cordycepin raises along with the increased breeding time. The contents of both adenosine and cordyceps polysaccharide reach the peak value on the 40th days. This study result provides guidance for the industrial breeding of Cordyceps militaris. Content of bioactive ingredients in the Cordyceps militaris can be reasonably and effectively controlled.
