摘要
新型城镇化是在传统城镇化基础上提出的,得到了国家党委和政府的高度重视,也是学术界当今研究的热点,因此,探索我国新型城镇化的路径具有重要的战略和现实意义。本文全面分析了新型城镇化发展的背景,并对新型城镇化的内涵进行了界定。然后从经济规律和现实发展等方面,论述了新型城镇化是我国当前城市发展趋势的观点;其后从数据角度对传统城镇化道路所存在的问题进行了实证分析;在上述基础上提出针对性对策建议。
New urbanization is put forward on the basis of the traditional urbanization by The State Party Committee and Government,which is a hot academic research today, therefore, the research has important strategic and practical significance of the new path of urbanization in China. In view of this, this thesis analyzes the development model of urbanization background, and the connotation of new-type urbanization, then from the economic rules and practical development, discusses the point of view which is new urbanization is an inevitable trend of current city development, and then analyses the problems of traditional urbanization, finally suggests countermeasures based on the above.
