摘要
本文从土地的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益和城市发展趋势等方面构建了城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,运用层次分析法,采用模糊综合评价模型对南海区城市土地集约利用进行了评价,研究表明南海区城市土地集约度为0.443,土地集约利用程度总体水平一般,土地的开发潜力有待发掘,最后就提高南海区土地集约利用提出了建议。
Based on methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process, four grades index such as land economic benefit, land social benefit, land ecological results and land future trend, are chosen to form the index system of land intensive use in order to analyze the level of land intensive use in Nabhai district. The conclusions are that the land use in Nanhai district is the intensive use of land for is 0.443 ,the potential of land is to be reached as the average grade level, and then some suggestions are given on improving the level of land intensive use.
