摘要
目的:探讨冠心宁注射液致不良反应发生的特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过中国知网数据库(CNKI)检索有关冠心宁注射液不良反应的文献,并进行统计、分析及评价。结果:冠心宁注射液可引起多种类型的不良反应,以全身性损害为最多,消化系统不良反应次之;其不良反应预后均较好。结论:冠心宁注射液可引起多种不良反应,临床应用须高度重视其安全性。
OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the characteristics and regularity of Guanxinning injection-induced adverse drug reactions （ADRs） so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS： The literature of Guanxinning injection-induced adverse drug reactions was retrieved using CNKI database, evaluated and analyzed statistically. RESUTLS： Guanxinning injection-induced ADRs manifested in a variety of types, with systemic damage showing the highest proportion, followed by adverse reactions of digestive system. However, the adverse drug reactions had good prognosis. CONCLUSION： Guanxinning injection may induced various adverse drugs reactions, and great importance should be attached to its safety in clinical application.
