摘要
目的:测定不同产地猴耳环药材中的总黄酮含量。方法:以芦丁为对照品,三氯化铝(AlCl_3)比色,采用紫外可见分光光度法(UV)测定样品总黄酮含量,检测波长406 nm。结果:总黄酮在5.09~50.90μg·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=0.026 7X+0.007 2,r=0.999 1;平均加样回收率为101.23%,RSD=1.93%(n=6)。结论:AlCl_3比色法准确、简便,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于猴耳环药材中总黄酮的含量测定;不同产地猴耳环中总黄酮的含量存在一定的差异。
Objective ： To determine the content of total flavonoids in Pithecellobium clypearia Benth from dif- ferent habitats, according to the content level to clustering analysis of it. Methods： Rutin was defined as the reference substance, using AlCl3 colorimetry and UV-Vis spectrophotometry method was adopted, the detective wavelength was 406 nm. Results： Concentration of total flavonoids had a good liner relationship in the range of 5.09 - 50. 90 μg·mL^-1. The regression equation was Y=0. 026 7X ＋ 0. 007 2, r =0. 999 1. The average recovery rate was 101.23% with RSD 1.93 % （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, specific, repeatable and stable. It can be applied for the quantitative determination of Pithecellobium clypearia Benth. The contents of total flavonoids were significantly dif- ferent in different producing areas of Pithecellobium clypearia Benth.
