摘要
本试验旨在研究低蛋白饲料对育成期海兰褐商品蛋鸡生产性能及血清理化指标的影响。选择11周龄海兰褐蛋鸡384只,分为4个处理,蛋白水平分别为:15.83%(A,对照组)、13.81%(B)、14.32%(C)、14.81%(D),每个处理8个重复,在每个试验周末按每个重复测定体重、耗料量,在试验后期进行消化试验,试验结束时测定血清总蛋白和血清尿素氮指标。结果:各处理组中体重、日增重及料重比均无显著差异(P>0.05),但B组生长性能优于其他;各处理的血清总蛋白及血清尿素氮含量均无显著差异(P>0.05),蛋白质表观消化率表现出B>C>D>A的趋势(P>0.05)。试验表明:对于育成期海兰褐蛋鸡,适当降低饲料蛋白质水平对其生长发育无显著影响,且在降低2%蛋白水平时表现出较好成绩,并节约了饲料成本。
The object of this study was to investigate the effects of different low-protein diets on growth performance and serum physical-chemical indicators of Hy-Line brown commercial laying hens at growing period. 384 hens at 11 weeks of age were divided into 4 groups,the protein levels were 15.83% (A,control group), 13.81% (B), 14.32% (C), 14.81% (D),each group had 8 replicates. Body weight and feed consumption were weighed on every weekends. Blood samples were drawn in the end of the trial to detect serum total protein and serum urea nitrogen. The results showed that during the experiment,in each treatment,body weight and average daily gain (ADG)and feed/gain (F/G)had no sig- nificant differences (P〉0.05),B group was superior to the other groups. Serum total protein and serum urea nitrogen in each groups had no significant differences (P〉0.05), although the apparent metabolic rates of protein showed the trend of B〉C〉D〉A (P〉0.05). For Hy-Line brown laying hens, low protein diet had no significant effects on growth perfor- mance,even 2% lower than conventional protein level showed a good result and feed cost was also saved.
