基于频响的子结构综合中界面信息的完整计算

Estimation of the Unmeasured Terms of FRF Based on the Substructure Synthesis

摘要 基于FRF的子结构综合法求解整体频响过程中,子结构间连接处的频响数据对于计算结果有着重要影响,而连接处的频响数据与子结构界面点处的频响数据关系密切.由于子结构连接处的复杂性,考虑到转角自由度处的频响信息难以通过实验获取,因此针对多自由度连接情形,提出了一种利用容易测得的位移频响数据,求解子结构界面点处转角自由度频响数据的计算方法,从而得到了子结构综合中界面点的完整频响,并以仿真算例验证了方法的可行性. During the process of obtaining the overall frequency response based on the method of FRE suostructure synthesis, the frequency response of the joint between substructures, which is significant influenced by the frequency response of interface degree of freedom, has great impact on the result. Considering the experimental difficulty in obtaining the frequency of response of interface degree of freedom due to the complexity of the joint between substructures, this work proposed a method that can be employed in computing the interface contains mult?degree of freedom. By using the frequency response of degrees that is more easier to get through the experiments, this method illustrates how to calculate the rotational frequency response, thus obtaining the overall information of the interface degree of freedom that is required in the FRF substructure synthesis. And several numerical examples validate the effectiveness of this method.
