摘要
塑料插接件是医疗器械行业最常见的产品型式。插接件的组装大部分可以通过自动化设备完成,部分由于设计、制造、运输等方面的原因,不适用于完全自动化设备。针对这部分产品,提出了一种简易的半自动化设计思路,并在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
Plastic connector is the most common type in medical instrument industry. Most of them can be assembled by automatic machines, but some products are exception because of design, manufacture or transport. Aimming at these products, this paper introduced the design of a semi-automatic machine for plastic connector assembly, which was applied successfully.
