摘要
使用非线性有限元方法对风力发电机组偏航系统进行了结构分析。建立了风力发电机组偏航系统的有限元模型,提出了用gap单元模拟滚子,用多点约束模拟刹车器的简化方法。在极限载荷工况下对偏航系统关键部件的静强度进行了分析。分析结果显示了简化处理的合理性及优越性,表明在极限载荷下系统关键部件满足静强度要求。
The structural of wind turbine yaw system was analyzed based on nonlinear contact finite element method.The finite element model of wind turbine yaw system was created.It's proposed new method to simulate roller by element gap.The brake was simulated by MPC.The ultimate strength of critical part in yaw system was analyzed.The results indicate that the strength of critical part meets design requirement,and the method is effective.
