摘要
自1992年正式建立外交关系以来,中韩两国的关系发展逐渐摆脱了从属于对美关系、完全受制于朝鲜半岛事务的状态,双边实质性合作越来越频繁,战略合作伙伴关系逐步深化。与此同时,中韩关系也有着诸多值得深入关注和研究的问题,战略信任程度有待提高,消除误解更显重要;深化中韩战略合作伙伴关系不仅有着长远的战略价值,亦有着迫切的现实意义。为此,中国应提升中韩关系的战略高度,韩国应进一步深刻理解中国的战略价值,双方应共同努力把中韩战略关系打造成为东北亚稳定和发展的核心支柱。
China-South Korea relationship used to be respective relations with the United States and enslaved to Korean peninsula affairs in the Cold War era. Since the two countries set up formal diplomatic relationship in 1992,the bilateral relations have kicked off such a situation and developed quickly and even became strategic cooperative partnership in 2008. Meanwhile,a lot of problems are found in the bilateral relations,especially deepening strategic trust and eliminating misunderstanding. For both countries,to deepen China-South Korea strategic cooperative partnership is a key issue not only at present,but also in the future. China should attach more importance to the bilateral relationship while South Korea should understand further China's strategic value,and both countries should cooperate in developing the bilateral relationship as the pillar of North Eastern Asian security and prosperity.
