摘要
目的对金樱子中的三萜类化学成分进行研究。方法采用制备高效液相色谱、重结晶等分离纯化方法对金樱子果实的乙醇提取物进行成分分离纯化,利用。H—NMR、13C—NMR、ESI—MS波谱法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从金樱子中得到12个三萜化合物,分别鉴定为1α,2α,3β,19α-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(1α,2α,3β,19a—tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid,1)、20c,3α,19α,23-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(2d,3a,19a,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid,2)、2α,3α,19a-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(2α,3α,19α-trihydroxyurs-12·en-28-oicacid,3)、2α,3β,19α,23-四羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(2α,邛,190r,23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oicacid,4)、19α-羟基亚细亚酸-2α—O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(19α—hydroxyasiaticacid-28-D-D-glucopyrannoside,5)、白桦酯酸(I~tuhnicacid,6)、2a,3JB-二羟基羽扇-20-烯-28-酸(2α,3-dihydroxylup-20-en-28-oicacid,7)、2a,3矿二羟基羽扇-20-烯-28-酸甲酯(2d,邛-dihydroxylup-20-en-28-acidmethylester,8)、3—O-反—对-香豆酰基麦珠子酸(3-0-trans-p—coumaroylalphitolicacid,9)、3—O-顺-对-香豆酰基麦珠子酸(3—0-cis-p—coumaroylalphitolicacid,10)、3-D.反-对-香豆酰基马斯里酸(3-O-trans-p-coumaroylmaslinicacid,11)和3-驯噘-对-香豆酰基马斯里酸(3—O-cis-p—coumaroylmaslinicacid,12)。结论化合物8和9为首次从蔷薇科中分离得到,化合物10—12为首次从植物金樱子中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Rosa laevigata Michx. Methods Various techniques including column chromatography over silica gel, and HPLC were employed fα isolation and pur- ification of ethanol extract of R. laevigata Michx. The structures were identified by spectroscopic analyses in- cluding 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and ESI-MS. Results Twelve lriterpenoids were isolated and their structure were identified as 1 α, 2α, 3β, 19ot-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid ( 1 ), 2α, 3α, 19α, 23-tetrahydroxyurs- 12-en- 28-oic acid ( 2 ), 2α, 3α, 19β-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid ( 3 ), 2α, 3β, 19a, 23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en- 28-oic acid ( 4 ), 19α-hydroxyasiatic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyrannoside ( 5 ), betulinic acid ( 6 ), 2α, 3β-di- hydroxylup-20-en-28-oic acid ( 7 ), 2α, 3β-dihydroxylup-20-en-28-acid methyl ester ( 8 ), 3-O-trans-p-cou- maroyl alphitolic acid ( 9 ), 3-O-cis-p-coumaroyl alphitolic acid ( 10), 3-O-trans-p-coumaroyl maslinic acid (11) ,3-O-cis-p-coumaroyl maslinic acid (12). Conclusions Compounds 8 and 9 are isolated from the Rosa- ceae fα the first time, compounds 10-12 are isolated from the plant fα the first time.
