摘要 运动性疲劳是运动生理学和运动医学的核心问题。如何彻底消除疲劳 ,关键在于确定运动性疲劳的发生机制。本文综述了当前国内外在对大强度运动所致运动性疲劳对血液流变学影响的研究成果。为进一步探讨运动性疲劳的发生机制。 Researches on exercise induced fatigue is one of the forward positions of current sports physiology and sports medicine.How to remove completely fatigue,the most key studies are to establish the producing mechnaisms of exercise induced fatigue at present.The paper reviewed the current studied achievements about effects of maximum intensity exercise induced fatigue on hemorheology.The conclusions provide theoretical basises for encouraging further studies on the mechanisms of exercise induced fatigue,and confirming methods that renew rapidly and remove completely exercise induced fatigue.
