海上训练指战员心血管功能及血液流变学的改变 被引量:4

Influence of military training in sea on cardiovascular function and hemorheological changes of soldiers

摘要 目的:观察海训后指战员心血管功能及血液流变学的变化。方法:检测某部指战员(n=50)海训前、后的血压、心率、心电图及血液流变仪检测海训前、海训结束后血液流变学相关指标并加以比较。结果:海训结束后指战员的心率犤(66.2±6.0)次/min犦减慢、舒张压(60.38±8.66)mmHg降低与海训前犤(69.1±6.3)次/min犦、犤(70.22±10.62)mmHg犦相比差异显著(t=2.78,2.34;P<0.05);收缩压犤(117.56±9.24)mmHg犦较训练前犤(118.72±8.14)mmHg犦则无显著差异(t=1.37;P>0.05)。常规心电图的轻度异常率为46%。海训后指战员血液流变学指标:全血低切黏度、全血中切黏度H、全血高切黏度分别为:(26.87±3.71),(7.28±0.65),(5.28±0.43)mPa·s与海训前相比显著升高,差异均有显著性意义(t=4.08~4.82,P<0.01)。全血中切黏度L、血浆黏度分别为:(13.34±1.50),(4.27±0.08)mPa·s与海训前相比显著升高,差异均有显著性意义(t=2.17,2.56,P<0.05)。全血低切还原黏度、全血高切还原黏度、血细胞比容、红细胞沉降率、血沉方程K值分别为(61.16±10.29),(10.17±1.81)mPa·s,(42.67±5.10)%,(14.63±10.98)mm/h,73.50±57.20,与海训前相比差异无显著性意义(t=0.65~1.79,P>0.05)。结论:海训可显著改善指战员心血管系统功能,但长期大强度? AIM:To observe the changes of cardiovascular function and hemorheology in soldiers after military training in sea. METHODS: Blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram,hemorheology related indexes in 50 soldiers were detected with hemorheometer before and after training. RESULTS: Heart rate and diastolic blood pressure of the soldiers were markedly decreased compared with those before training[(66.2±6.0) vs (69.1±6.3) beats per minute,(60.38±8.66) mm Hg vs(70.22±10.62) mm Hg] (t=2.78, 2.34, P< 0.05),but systolic blood pressure had no significant changes before and after training [(118.72±8.14) mm Hg vs(117.56±9.24) mm Hg, t=1.37, P >0.05].The rate of light abnormity in electrocardiogram was 46%. The hemorheological indexes:whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood middle shear viscosity H,and whole blood high shear viscosity were (26.87±3.71),(7.28±0.65),(5.28 ±0.43)mPa·s,respectively, significantly higher than those before training(t=4.08 to 4.82, P< 0.01). Whole blood middle shear viscosity L,and plasma viscosity were(13.34±1.50),(4.27±0.08)mPa·s,respectively, also significantly higher than those before training(t=2.17, 2.56,P< 0.05). Reduced low shear viscosity of whole blood,reduced high shear viscosity of whole blood,packed cell volume, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, sedimentation equation K value were (61.16±10.29)mPa·s,(10.17±1.81)mPa·s,(42.67±5.10)%,(14.63±10.98)mm per hour,and 73.50±57.20,respectively, and there was no significant difference before and after training(t=0.65 to 1.79, P >0.05)CONCLUSION: Training in sea has an effect in improving cardiovascular system of the soldiers, but the training for long time and high intension can enhance abnormal cardio-electrical activity and high blood viscosity. It is important to prevent ventricular arrhythmia and thrombosis.
