摘要
瑶医学是我国民族医学的组成部分之一,瑶医学的哲学基础是指导瑶医药应用的理论内容之一,"天、地、人三才"整体观、"气化万一"生命观、"盈亏平衡"疾病观在瑶医的治疗学、药物分类及应用等方面均有体现,瑶医的整体观和疾病观引导"心肾中心"论的建立,同时,为瑶药分为"风"、"打"两类药物以及"七十二风打药"理论的形成提供了理论依据。"气化万一"生命观说明了"气化"的重要性,是瑶医重要的基础理论。瑶医学的哲学基础显示了瑶医的民族特色。探讨瑶医学哲学基础对瑶医瑶药理论的指导和影响有助于加深对瑶医学的理解,也有利于促进各民族医学的相互交流和发展。
Yao nationality medicine is one part of Chinese ethnomedicines. Philosophy basis of Yao nationality medicine is one of theories in guiding application of Yao nationality medicine. The conceptions of ＇universe and human as one＇, ＇qi grows into everything＇, and ＇balance＇ are embodied in therapy and herb classifying and application. The conceptions of the overall view and disease view guide to establish the theory of heart and kidney center system, furthermore, provide support for the form of ＇Feng＇ and ＇Da＇ medicine classifying and the theory of ＇seventy-two Feng and Da medicine＇. The conception of ＇qi grows into everything＇ shows the importance of motion of qi, which is an important part of basic theory of Yao nationality medicine. Philosophy basis of Yao nationality medicine shows its national traits. Research on philosophy basis of Yao nationality medicine and its effects will be helpful to understand further about Yao nationality medicine and then enhance communication and development of ethnomedicines.
