摘要
对某500 kV输电线路金具腐蚀试样进行力学实验、XRD分析、SEM分析和电化学测试,研究了典型工业区金具的腐蚀机理。结果显示,S是引起金具腐蚀的关键因素,通过形成可溶性硫酸盐促进了镀锌保护膜的消耗,另外拉应力和微动腐蚀也对金具腐蚀有影响。结合广西、湖南地区的酸雨数据和金具腐蚀情况验证了该结论,提出了工业区金具的防护措施。
Failed fitting samples of a 500 kV electric power transmission line was investigated by means of mechanical property test, electrochemical test, as well as SEM and XRD characterization. The results show that sulfur is the critical factor of fittings corrosion. It forms soluble sulfate to con- sume zinc coatings faster. Furthermore, tensile stress and fretting corrosion also affect the fittings corrosion. The conclusions coincide fairly well with the service situations of fittings in terms of ac- id rain and corrosion in the relevant areas of Guangxi and Hunan province. Then anti-corrosion measures for fittings in industrial areas are proposed.
