摘要
在0.20mol/L甲酸盐缓冲溶液(pH3.8)中,Sb(Ⅲ)-5-Br-PADAP络合物在单扫示波极谱仪上产生一良好的极谱波,峰电位-0.53V(vs.SCE),峰电流与锑浓度在4.1×10^(-8)~8.2×10^(-6)mol/L范围内呈线性关系。实验表明,该波属于络合吸附波。方法已应用于铜合金中锑的测定。
A sensitive polarographic adsorptive complex wave of antimony-5-Br-PADAP was obtained using single sweep polarograph in 0.20mol/L formate buffer solution at pH3.8. The Peak appeared at—0.53V(vs. SEC). The peak current linearly related to the concentratin of antimony in the range from 4.1×10^(-8) to 8.2×10^(-6)mol/L. The composition of the complex was found to be 1: 1the reaction mechanism has been Investigated by a number of methods. It was shown that the peak current was caused by the reduction of Sb(Ⅲ) bonded in the complex which was adsorbed on the dropping mercury electrode. The propposed method has been applied to the direct determination of antimony in copper alloys with satistectory rasults
