脉冲冲洗联合负压封闭引流处理创面疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察脉冲冲洗联合负压封闭引流处理创面的临床疗效。方法将51例四肢需行清创术的患者随机分为观察组27例和对照组24例,观察组采用脉冲冲洗联合负压封闭引流,对照组单纯采用负压封闭引流,观察两组1周后创面细菌清除率、创面需再次清创率,采用ELISA法检测两组创面肉芽组织中TNF-α、IL-6、MMP-9、TIMP-1水平。结果与对照组比较,观察组创面细菌清除率高,更换负压敷料率低,创面肉芽组织中TNF-α、IL-6、MMP-9、MMP-9/TIMP-1低(P均<0.05)。结论脉冲冲洗联合负压封闭引流处理创面疗效较好,且能够提高细菌的清除率,促进肉芽生长。
