摘要
目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗不同年龄烧伤创面的疗效。方法:于2005年1月～2008年12月,采用MEBO治疗不同年龄烧伤患者77例,全程使用MEBO治疗,每日涂药4次或6次,观察药物止痛效果、预防感染和创面愈合情况。结果:77例不同年龄烧伤患者创面全部愈合,止痛效果较好,创面未发生感染。结论:湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗不同年龄烧伤患者创面疗效无差异,其疗效显著,止痛效果好,有效预防创面感染,创面愈合满意。
Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO in treating burn wounds of varying ages patients. Method： 77 cases of burn patients in varying ages collected from Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2008 were treated with MEBO in the whole course. MEBO was applied 4 - 6 times per day. The effect of stopping pain, preventing infection and wound healing were observed. Results： 77 cases in varying ages all healed with good stopping pain effect and no wound infection observed. Conclusion： There were no difference in the effect of treating burn wounds with MEBO observed in varying ages patients. It has good efficacy in stopping pain, preventing infection and wound healing.
