摘要
利用自制的磁电复合式阻垢处理装置,对循环冷却水进行了阻垢实验研究。结果表明,当离子棒电荷面密度为2.7×107C/m2,平均磁感应强度为0.006 5 T时,其污垢热阻由未经处理时的40.95×10-5m2·K/W降至13.76×10-5m2·K/W,平均阻垢率为70.6%,最高阻垢率达72.4%。采用复合电磁场处理循环冷却水,自8 h后污垢热阻曲线走势基本持平。复合电磁场对循环冷却水具有良好的稳定阻垢效果。
The experimental studies on scale inhibition for circulating cooling water have been carried out by using a home-made magneto-electric composite scale inhibiting equipment. The results show that the fouling resistance decreases from 40.95×10^-5 m^2.K/W to 13.76×10^-5 m^2.K/W,the average scale inhibiting rate is 70.6% and the highest scale inhibiting rate is 72.4% under the conditions that ion stick surface charge density is 2.7x107 C/m2 and average magnetic flux density is 0.006 5 T. In addition,the fouling resistances curves are no longer elevated with time after 8 h. The scale inhibition effects of magneto-electric composite field on circulating cooling water are very good and stable.
