摘要
提高工业生产过程中锅炉换热设备的热效率对节能减排有重要意义,阻垢、除垢是提高锅炉热效率的有效途径,成为"节能减排和环保"的重要手段。物理阻垢、除垢技术以其在节能和环保方面的优势成为研究热点。作者在概述国内外关于物理除垢、阻垢和节能技术研究成果的基础上,介绍了一种新的适用于锅炉的物理除垢、阻垢技术——放射性辐射技术,并展望了未来物理方法绿色除垢、阻垢技术的研究发展趋势。
It is important to improve the boiler heat efficiency of heat exchanger for energy-saving and pollutant emission reduction in industrial production. The scale inhibition and elimination is an effective approach to the improvement of boiler heat efficiency and an important means of energy-saving and pollutant emission reduction and environmental protection. Physical technologies of scale inhibition and elimination have been a highlight in research field due to their unique superiorities in energy-saving and environmental protection. The achievements in scientific research of scale inhibition and elimination and energy-saving by physical technologies are summarized. A new method of scale inhibition and elimination by low grade radioactive rays are introduced, and the prospect of physical scale inhibition and elimination technologies is put forward.
