摘要
目的分析广西河池市中医医院开展门诊用药咨询工作的情况,提高医院药学服务质量。方法药师与患者面对面交流,回答患者的各种提问,指导患者合理用药,并对典型案例进行分析。结果患者咨询的问题主要涉及孕妇用药安全性、哺乳期妇女用药、药品开启后的有效期等方面,与医师及时沟通后,问题大多得到有效的解决。结论开展门诊用药咨询,有助于促进医患和谐。
Objective To analyze the status quo of outpatient medication consultation in Hechi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care. Methods Pharmacists communicated with patients directly, answered patients＇ questions and guided rational use of drugs. The typical cases were analyzed. Results The questions presented by patients related mainly to maternal medication safety, lactating women medication, expiration date of drugs opened etc.. And most of the problems were solved efficiently. Conclusion The development of outpatient medication consultation is conducive to a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
