摘要
目的:阐述临床药师对患者进行用药教育的体会,提高药物治疗效果。方法:通过典型案例分析,介绍临床药师开展用药教育的方法、内容及体会。结果与结论:临床药师主导的患者用药教育,不仅能提高患者的用药依从性,而且是药师参与临床药物治疗的重要手段。
Objective： To elaborate the experience of clinical pharmacists in conducting medication education for patients, so as to improve the efficacy of drug treatment. Methods： By analyzing typical cases, this paper introduced the methods and contents of medication education carried out by clinical pharmacists and their experience. Results and Conclusion： Patient medication education guided by clinical pharmacists can not only improve the medication compliance of patients, but also serve as an important means for pharmacists to participate in clinical medication.
