基于FPGA和MicroBlaze的高精度频率测量方法

摘要 为提高频率测量精度,对传统的等精度频率测量方法进行改进,修正了基准信号的计数误差,提高测量精度;通过对被测信号进行预分频。保证测量范臣.采用SOP(;技术在FPGA上构建MieroBlaze软核的嵌入式系统实现方案,通过分频40MHz系统时钟得到各种测试信号。给出了0.001-40MHz的实验结果.结果表明。该系统工作稳定可靠,测量精度高,相对误差不大于0.00001%。 Traditional equal precision frequency measurement method was analyzed and improved. Through amending the counting result of the reference clock signal, the relative error of the measuring result is effectively decreased. Through dividing the measured signal, the measurement range is greatly broadened. The improved method is verified on the embedded system based on FPGA and MicroBlaze with SOPC technology. Finally, the results of the signals (0. 001--40 MHz) which are divided from the system clock signal are presented. The testing results show that the system is stable and reliable and its maximum relative error is less than 0. 000 01%.
