摘要
福州市某学校一现有单层框架楼由于使用需要,欲改造为食堂并加设夹层及扩建。在尽量保留原结构的基础上,原基础采用补桩加固法,柱采用粘角钢加固法。通过对上述过程的分析,介绍一些有效的加固方法,为同类建筑改造加固做参考。
A single frame building was transformed as a canteen by adding mezzanine and expansion of construction to meet the using demands in the university in Fuzhou. Based on keeping the existing structure as far as possible, the original foundation was reinforced by adding pile, and the concrete column was strengthened by externally bonded steel frame. Through design analysis of above mentioned process, some effective reinforce methods were introduced, which can be used as reference for the reinforcement and reconstruction of similar project.
