摘要
结合工程案例,介绍了微型桩在住宅楼基础加固中的应用过程,说明微型桩作为建筑物基础加固的有效方法之一。微型桩加固基础具有承载力高、沉降量小、土层适应性广、适合在室内施工等优点,为类似结构改造工程提供了计算分析方法和工程参考借鉴作用。
With specific cases , the applications of mini pile in strengthening the foundation of Residential building is introduced , and it is shown that the mini pile is one of the effective ways to strengthen the foundation .Mini pile in strengthening the foundation is with several merits：high capacity, small settlement, wide soil adaptability, suitable for indoor construction condition , and so on. Calculating and analyzing method and certain reference are provided to the similar structure reconstruction project .
