摘要
目的：测定通络壮骨丸中芍药苷的含量，完善通络壮骨丸的质量标准。方法：建立HPLC法，以流动相为甲醇-0．5％冰醋酸溶液（20：80），流速1．0mL／min，检测波长230nm。结果：芍药苷在0．0595—0．54361xg范围内线性关系艮好（r=0．9997）。6批样品中平均含量为0．75mg／g，按80％折算，暂定本品芍药苷含量不得少于0．60mg／g。结论：本方法能较好地测定通络壮骨丸中芍药苷的含量，具有提取及测定方法简便、快捷、准确和重复性好、专属性强等优点。
Objective： To determine the content of paeonifIorln in Tongluo Zhuanggu pills and to improve the quality standards for Tongluo Zhuanggu pills. Methods：High -performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）was performed with a mobile phase of methanol - 0. 5% glacial acetic acid （20：80） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and a detection wavelength of 230 ran. Results ：Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship between concentration and peak area in the range of 0. 0595 - 0. 5436 p,g （ r = 0. 9997）. The 6 batches of samples had an average paeoniflorin content of 0. 75 rag/g, and Tongluo Zhuanggu pills had a paeoniflorin content not less than 0. 60 mg/g if calculated at a rate of 80%. Conclusion：This HPLC method can be used for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Tongluo Zhuanggu pills and has the advantages of easy extraction and determination, convenient operation, high accuracy, good repeatability, and high specificity.
