摘要 研究了自制免喷徐合金粉末对感应重熔方法的适应性,以及重熔工艺参数对重熔层组织状态的影响。结果表明:对于免喷涂合金粉末采用感应重熔工艺是完全可行的。随感应电流的增大,熔化时间缩短,而组织状态未发生明显的变化。重熔层组织致密,未发现未熔会及夹渣等冶金缺陷。 The adaptability of free - spraying alloy powder made by oneself on induction remelting process was investigated. And the influence of induction remelting process on microstructure of remelting layer was investigated. The results show that induction remelting technique is satisfied to use free - spraying alloy powder. The microstructure of coat do not take place obvious change as increased induction current and decreased melt time. The microstructure of coat was compaction, and any metallurgical defects, such as porosity, slag inclusion and so on, were not found.
