摘要
为了掌握河南省与中部其他5省的自主创新现状,探寻提升科技创新能力的制约因子,该研究搜集了近年相关数据资料,对比研究了河南省与中部其他5省在知识创新能力方面存在的问题,并据此给出了针对性的发展策略和建议。
In order to grasp the status of independent innovation in Henan and other five provinces in central China, explore the restriction fac- tor to enhance scientific and technological innovation ability, relevant data in recent years were collected, the existing problems were studied, on the basis of this, several development strategies and suggestions were put forward.
