摘要
胞外聚合物(Extracellular Polymeric Substance,EPS)是一种附着于细胞表面的不溶性有机聚合物,其主要来源于微生物的新陈代谢和细胞自溶,主要是由多聚糖、蛋白质、核酸和腐殖酸等组成。分析了EPS在污泥处理系统中对污泥的絮凝性能、沉降性能、脱水性能及重金属吸附性的影响。
Extracellular Polymeric Substance (EPS), some kinds of important indiscerptible organics, are usually attache to sludge cell walls and derived from bacteria metabolism and cell lysis. This substance mainly consists of polysaccharides, proteins, nucleic acid and humic acid and so on.. This paper analyses EPS's effect on flocculation, settleability, dewaterability and metal absorbing in sludge treatment system.
