血浆脑钠肽水平与慢性肺动脉高压相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平与不同程度肺动脉压力的相关性。方法61例急诊COPD合并肺动脉高压患者,分为轻度肺动脉高压组(A组,n=35)、中重度肺动脉高压组(B组,n=26),另设立对照组(n=10),检测比较各组患者BNP水平及肺动脉收缩压(PASP)水平。结果轻度及中重度肺动脉高压患者PASP及血浆BNP水平均高于对照组(P〈0.05),且PASP与血浆BNP水平呈正相关(r=0.35,P〈0.05)。结论COPD患者BNP水平与PASP呈正相关,血浆BNP水平可以反映COPD患者肺动脉高压的严重程度。 To evaluate the correlation between plasma brain natriuretie peptide (BNP) level and pulmonary arterial systolic pressure(PASP) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Sixty - one COPD patients combined with pulmonary hypertension were divided into a mild pulmonary hypertension group (group A, n = 35) and a moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension group (group B, n =26). A control group was also set (n = 10). Then, plasma BNP level and PASP in patients of each group were examined. Results Patients in the moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension presented higher PASP and plasma BNP levels than the control ( P 〈 0.05 ), suggesting a positive relationship between PASP and plasma BNP level( r = 0. 35, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion A positive relationship exists between the plasma BNP levels of patients with COPD and their PASP. Plasma BNP level can indicate the severity of pul- monary hypertension in COPD patients
