摘要
采用表面引发原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)对氢氧化镁粒子进行表面改性,利用改性氢氧化镁粒子对皮革进行阻燃处理,通过氧指数、垂直燃烧和烟密度测试,结果表明:改性氢氧化镁复合粒子Mg(OH)2-g-PHEMA-PGMA能有效提高皮革氧指数,随Mg(OH)2表面聚合物分子质量的增加,氧指数先增大后减小,在分子质量为6 500g/mol时氧指数达到最大37.6%;同时,改性后的氢氧化镁粒子能显著减小皮革无焰燃烧时间和降低皮革燃烧烟密度。
The magnesium hydroxide particles were modified via surface initiated atom transfer radical polymerization. LOI, vertical burning and smoke density of the leather treated by modified magnesium hydroxide were measured. The results indicate that Mg(OH) 2 -g- PHEMA- PGMA composite particles could increase the LOI of leather. The LOI of leather increases to the maximum and then decreases with the molecular weight of the polymer coated on the magnesium hydroxide particles increasing, which reaches the maximum of about 37.6% at 6 500g/tool. Meanwhile, the modified magnesium hydroxide decreases the flame- less burning time and the smoke density of leather.
