摘要
综述了中药栀子的化学成分、炮制、药理学方面的研究进展。栀子及栀子属的植物中含有栀子甙、绿原酸、藏红花素、挥发油、多糖类等成分。水栀子的成分含量明显高于山栀子 ,可以用水栀子代替山栀子作为生药。经炮制后栀子中的成分有很大的变化。治疗急性黄疸型肝炎、扭挫伤应用生品 ,炭品可用于止血。栀子能增强胰腺炎时胰腺腺细胞的抗病能力 ,同时能显著地增加正常肝血流量。栀子果实提取物 ( GFE)在体外能增强内皮细胞内的增殖。体外试验表明栀子多糖对
The paper summarized evolved investigation in chemical component preparation and pharmacology of Gardenia. There are gardenoside, chorogenic acid, crocin and amylose in the plant of Gardenia and generic Gardenia. The effective components of Gardenia jasminoides f. grandiflors are more than those of G. jasminoides Ellis, Gardenia jasminoides f. grandiflors can be drugs instead of G. jasminoides Ellis. Chemical component of Gardenia varied very much after preparation. The crude Gardenia are used to treat acute jaundice hepatitis and contusion. The carbon Gardenia is used for hemostasis. The Gardenia enhanced capability of pancreas cell with standing illness at pancreatitis, markedly increased blood flux of liver.
