摘要
目的探讨健康教育表单在老年髋部骨折患者护理中的应用效果。方法将89例老年髋部骨折患者随机分为对照组(43例)和观察组(46例)。对照组采取传统的口述方式进行健康教育,观察组入院后进行评估,制定个性化的健康教育内容,并且根据老年人的认知特点设计成健康教育表单,住院期间采用表单进行全程健康教育。出院前采用自制调查表调查并比较两组健康教育的效果及并发症发生率。结果观察组疾病知识掌握情况、治疗依从性、对护理工作满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01),下肢静脉血栓、坠积性肺炎、压疮发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对老年髋部骨折患者采用符合疾病特征和老人认知特征的个性化健康教育表单进行健康教育,可提高患者的疾病知识掌握力度、治疗依从性和对护理工作满意度,降低并发症,并能够提高护士专业水平。
Objective To explore application effect of health education forms in nursing care for elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods A total of 89 elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into control group (n = 43) and experiment group (n = 46). The traditional heahh education by discription was taken in control group,while in experiment group, the individual health education for each patient was performed according to the assessment of patients after admission, and the health education forms were designed according to the cognitive characteristics of the elderly. Health education was performed based on the forms during duration of hospital stay. Before discharge, the effect and incidence rate of complications in the two groups were investigated and compared by self-made questionnaire. Results In experiment group, the grasp of disease knowledge, patient compliance and satisfaction degree were better compared with those in control group (P 〈0. 01 ) , while incidence rates of lower extremity venous thrombosis, hypostatic pneumonia and pressure sores were lower than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The individual health education forms according to disease attributes and cognitive characteristics can be performed in elderly patients with hip fracture, which can improve the patients'disease knowledge, compliance and satisfaction degrees, reduce the complication incidence and improve the nurses'professional skills.
