摘要
结合稀油润滑系统的机理及其系统组成,介绍了中高速纸机稀油循环润滑系统中存在的诸多弊端,详细阐述了现有对稀油润滑系统的研究优化改进的方式方法,提出新的技术———油气润滑技术,对现有的润滑技术加以改革或改进的展望。
Combined with working principle and composition about oil lubrication system,a lot of disadvantages of oil circulat- ing lubrication system are introduced in the high speed paper machine, and some existing improved methods are expounded in detail about oil lubrication system. It put forward to find the ＂ bottleneck＂ phenomenon about the machine lubrication.To hope somebody could create new technology or method to reform and improvement for existing lubrication technology.
