摘要
油气润滑技术已经在很多领域加以应用,将此技术改进后应用于造纸设备上,能够解决现有造纸设备润滑上的诸多问题。以某造纸厂干燥部设备现有稀油润滑系统实例为对比分析,将干燥部同样配置油气润滑系统,两者进行运行成本方面分析,结果表明油气润滑技术在造纸设备上应用的经济可行性,为造纸设备的润滑提供一个新的方式。
With tile rapid development of air-oil lubrication technology and it has been applied in many fields. After the improving technology is applied to paper making equipment, many existing problems in lubrication can be solved. Taken the oil lubrication system for the drying section of the paper machine in a paper raill as an example to contrast and analyze, the drying section was equipped with air-oil lubrication system to compare the operating cost and energy efficiency. The results show that air-oil lubrication technology in paper machines is econotnically feasible to paper machines, which will provides a new way for paper machine lubrication.
