摘要
近年来,中国对外承包工程企业通过带动出口、"工程换资源"以及升级业务模式等方式在带动对外投资方面的作用日益显现。本文首次利用中国对56个国家2003-2010年的面板数据,系统研究了对外承包工程对中国对外直接投资的影响,并检验了中国对外投资行为的其他决定因素。同时,本文还将中国对发展中国家和发达国家的投资行为进行了对比分析,并结合中国对外直接投资实际情况重点分析了中国对亚洲的投资影响因素。结果表明:总体上对外承包工程对我国对外直接投资具有显著的促进作用;中国对外直接投资表现出市场寻找型、贸易导向型以及资源寻找型的投资特点。
In recent years, China＇s foreign contracted projects have played an increasingly important role m ctrlvmg China＇s outward direct investment through various ways, such as driving export, exchanging projects for resources, and upgrading business models. This paper systematically investigates the influences of foreign contracted projects on China＇s outward direct investment for the first time by employing panel data of 56 countries ranging from 2003 to 2010. Other determinants of China＇s outward direct investment are also verified. Meanwhile, this paper makes comparisons between developing and developed countries, and conducts selective analysis for Asian cases. As it turns out, foreign contracted projects promote China＇s outward direct investment significantly on the whole. Besides, China＇s outward direct investment shows the characteristics of market-seeking, trade-oriented and resources-seeking.
