摘要
随着劳动力逐渐被解放,农村剩余劳动力所面临的问题得以显现。本文针对此问题,对内蒙古农村剩余劳动力转移的影响因素加以分析,从而提出相关的政策意见。影响农村剩余劳动力转移的影响因素有很多,本文主要选取了城乡居民收入差距、城镇人口占总人口比重、第二产业占GDP的比重、城镇登记失业率四个指标作为影响农村剩余劳动力转移的主要影响因素,进而建立多元线性回归模型进行实证分析,最后针对农村剩余劳动力转移问题,提出了相关政策和意见。
As the labor force gradually liberated, the problem of rural surplus labor appears. In order to solve this problem, we ana- lyze the affecting factors of migration of village labors in Inner Mongolia and put forward the relevant policy and suggestions. There are many affecting factors of migration of village labors. In this article, we choose the income gap between urban and rural residents, the proportion of urban population to total population, the proportion of the second industry in GDP, the registered unemployment rate in cities and towns as the mainly affecting factors of the migration of village labors in Inner Mongolia. Then we establish the multiple linear regression model for Empirical analysis. Finally; we put forward the relevant policy and suggestions.
