摘要
筛选了11个河南省农村剩余劳动力转移的影响指标,采用灰色关联分析方法,得到各因素对农村剩余劳动力转移的关联度,给出各因素对河南农村剩余劳动力转移增长的贡献率;分析河南农村剩余劳动力转移的驱动因素,提供制定相关政策的决策依据.
Based on grey correlation analysis,the influence factors of rural surplus labor transfer in Henan Province are explored in different phases,and 11 important indices are selected.The grey correlation degree of each factor with the rural surplus labor transfer and the contribution rates of each factor are obtained in each phases.The driving forces of rural surplus labor transfer are presented,which offers some foundation for policy making.
