摘要 U-D-S伙伴协作是大学、地方与学校基于教师赋权、民主协商、互惠共生等理念建构而成的综合型教育改革模式。在西方,它通过跃进学校计划等项目的成功推进,成为了融"学校改进、教师发展和学生进步"为一体的实践典范。该模式中,赋权理念的改造、地方的参与和支持、伙伴学校的选择以及协作目标的构建等问题需要借鉴者重点关注。 The U-D-S partnership is a comprehensive model of educational reform based on the concepts of teacher empowerment, democratic negotiation, reciprocity and symbiosis. Through the implementation of Accelerated Schools Project,it has been a successful practical example which integrates school improvement, teacher development and student progress in the western countries. During this model,the issues such as rehabilitation of empowerment idea,districts participation,selection of partner schools, and construction of the goal system should be specially noted.
