摘要
教师专业发展离不开组织的外部支持与保障。喀麦隆本土汉语教师职后专业发展的组织环境尚处于培育之中,现有支持系统主要由喀麦隆中等教育部汉语教育督导、雅温得第二大学孔子学院和喀麦隆汉语教师协会这三个组织构成。三者尚未建立伙伴协作关系,在推进喀麦隆本土汉语教师职后专业发展上各自面临着困境,因此难以为喀麦隆本土汉语教师提供有效的跟踪培训。突破困境,提高本土汉语教师在职培训的有效性,有赖于加强组织与制度建设,并建立伙伴协作式在职培训机制,在此基础上构建与本土汉语教师专业发展阶段相适应的培训体系。
Teacher professional development is inseparable from the support and guarantee of external organization.The organizational environment for professional development of local Chinese language teachers in Cameroon is still in the process of cultivation.The existing support system is mainly composed of three organizations,namely,the pedagogic inspector of Chinese language of the Ministry of Secondary Education of Cameroon,Confucius institute of Yaounde University II and The Chinese Teacher's Association of Cameroon.They are facing different difficulties in promoting the in-service professional development of local Cameroonian Chinese teachers.They have not established partner collaboration,so it is difficult to provide effective follow-up training for local Cameroonian Chinese teachers.To break through the dilemma and improve the effectiveness of local Chinese language teachers'in-service training depends on strengthening the construction of organization and system,and establishing the in-service training mechanism of partner collaboration.On this basis,a training system suitable for the professional development stage of local Chinese language teachers is constructed.
